Working days are Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded. Every option needs someone 21 or over to show photo ID and sign.
Where we deliver
Spirits cannot be shipped to every state. Federal and state rules decide where a licensed retailer is allowed to send alcohol, and the list of states that permit it is short. It also changes, so we check it rather than guess.
Enter your zip code at checkout and we will tell you before you pay. If we cannot ship to you, nothing is charged.
Some counties and towns inside permitted states are dry, which means no alcohol delivery at all. Our checkout knows about these, so you will not find out after the fact.
If you want to understand the rules yourself, the federal regulator is the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau. Your own state liquor authority sets the rest.
What happens on the day

We pack and check
Your bottles are wrapped, boxed and checked against the order. You get an email when the box is sealed.

You get a tracking link
The link shows a delivery window on the day. Follow it to change the date if you will not be in.

Someone 21 or over signs
The driver checks photo ID at the door. We cannot leave alcohol on a step or with a neighbour.

Check it before the driver leaves
Open the box and look at the bottles. Tell the driver straight away if anything is broken.

Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. Order express before 2pm on a weekday and it arrives the next working day. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the box is sealed.

Yes. Someone 21 or over has to sign and show photo ID. We cannot leave alcohol on a doorstep, in a porch, or with a neighbour, whatever the note on your account says.

A driver licence, a state ID card, a passport, or a military ID. It has to be the original, not a photo of one. See our age policy for the full rules.

The driver leaves a card and takes the order back to the depot. You can rebook once free through the tracking link. After that a redelivery fee applies.

Only before the box is sealed, which is usually within an hour. Email us straight away with your order number. After that the courier has it and the address is fixed.
