Courvoisier VS is the house’s entry cognac: eaux-de-vie based on Fins Bois, with a little Petite Champagne, aged a few years and bottled at 40% ABV. Expect ripe fruit and a light floral note rather than heavy oak.
Use it in a Sidecar or Sazerac, or pour it over a large ice cube. This is a different bottle from the Hennessy VS already on the shelf — fruitier, a touch lighter, and still a true VS. 750ml.
